in no particular order
so i was going to make this pretty, but it’s been sitting in draft form for nearly two weeks, so I’ll just post it as is. this tells you how i used my votes for experimonth 2010
these 5 definitely made it in, with all getting more than 15 votes:
there were 13 suggestions with 5-12 votes.
http://experimonth2.uservoice.com/forums/35331-general/suggestions/420407-cook-eat-a-hot-breakfast-every-morning?ref=title had 12 votes and is something I’d like to do, so it gets locked in at #6
http://experimonth2.uservoice.com/forums/35331-general/suggestions/420415-read-a-short-story-essay-poem-by-a-different-autho?ref=title with 11 votes is safe in the #7 spot.
there are two items with 10 votes. the first is one I suggested, so I’m locking it in to the #8 spot: http://experimonth2.uservoice.com/forums/35331-general/suggestions/406212-write-a-review-of-something-every-day?ref=title
the other 10-vote-getter is reading poetry aloud, which i’m not psyched to do. so now to explore the best way to use my 10 votes to choose the last 3 slots. the most votes i can give a single suggestion is 3, so that left 7 suggestions scoring 7 to 9.
the easiest one to spend a vote on was Duke Chang’s suggestion http://experimonth2.uservoice.com/forums/35331-general/suggestions/424231-do-something-nice-for-a-complete-stranger?ref=title
now i’m stuck between journal daily, competitive event, go vegetarian and no driving for the final two spots. I chose the event because it is not necessarily a daily thing, and I’m interested to see what sorts of events other people choose to compete in.
finally, I chose the daily journal because it’s something that i have aspired to at times, and I thought the no-car thing was a bit too much, maybe.
so that’s all the experiments…now to match them to the months
